• Inicia operativo de protección de animales de arrastre en Xalapa y pláticas de prevención a estudiantes universitarios
Catemaco, Ver., 21 de febrero de 2017.- En respuesta inmediata a una denuncia interpuesta por una asociación dedicada a la protección y resguardo de animales, la Fiscalía Especializada en Delitos Ambientales y Contra los Animales actuó de manera inmediata para asegurar el resguardo de la integridad física de dos caninos.
Posteriormente se inició una Carpeta de Investigación a partir de la cual se puso en marcha un operativo táctico, que derivó en el resguardo de dos perros, encontrados en situación famélica.
Dicha acción tuvo lugar en un domicilio ubicado en la calle Francisco Villa de la ciudad de Catemaco cuando agentes ministeriales acudieron a inspeccionar el lugar con base en una denuncia originada por probables actos de maltrato animal; ambos caninos presentaban un alto grado de desnutrición al momento de su aseguramiento, para el caso, fueron solicitados dictámenes emitidos por la Dirección de Servicios Periciales, a través de su representación regional.
Son investigados los actos presumibles de comisión de delito practicados por los propietarios de los cuadrúpedos, a quienes se les podría fincar responsabilidad penal.
Como se anunció en su oportunidad, el pasado 20 del mes en curso, dieron inicio acciones preventivas dirigidas a retirar de la vía pública urbana a usuarios y propietarios de carretas en las que se emplean a animales para arrastrar carga.
Autoridades de Tránsito del Estado, Secretaría de Seguridad Pública (SSP), Ayuntamiento de Xalapa y de la Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) vigilan de manera permanente, que no se lleven a cabo acciones que son consideradas como maltrato y que den facultad a la actuación de la Fiscalía Especializada en Investigación de Delitos Ambientales y Contra los Animales, a cargo de Andrés De La Parra Trujillo.
Finalmente, en una acción de acercamiento con la sociedad universitaria, en instalaciones del edificio central de la FGE, De La Parra Trujillo impartió una plática interactiva dirigida a estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Veracruzana (UV), en materia de identificación de conductas ilegales de maltrato animal y ambiental; a la par explicó a los universitarios las modificaciones que ha sufrido la ley, así como los recursos que le confiere el derecho a la función que desempeña la Fiscalía Especializada.
