Xalapa, Ver., a 20 de febrero de 2017.- Como resultado de la labor ininterrumpida desplegada por agentes de la Policía Ministerial y fiscales de investigación, mediante protocolos de actuación especializados en búsqueda y localización de personas reportadas como desaparecidas, fueron localizados sanos y salvos tres menores de edad y dos adultos, en distintos municipios de la entidad y en los estados de Tamaulipas y Chihuahua.
Al extender las diligencias de búsqueda a estados limítrofes, agentes de la Policía Ministerial adscritos a la Fiscalía Regional de la zona norte, localizaron en la ciudad de Altamira, estado de Tamaulipas, a una menor de edad identificada como A.D.A.V. luego de constatar su buen estado de salud, fue trasladada ante el Fiscal Investigador adscrito a la Unidad Integral de Justicia (UIPJ) con sede en Tantoyuca, lugar donde radicaba la denuncia por su desaparición, en presencia de sus familiares, refirió haber salido de su domicilio por voluntad propia.
A su vez, en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, fue localizado por agentes ministeriales adscritos a la Fiscalía Regional de la zona Xalapa, quien se identifica como I.G.H, de 18 años de edad, quien declaró ante la autoridad ministerial que acudió a dicha ciudad con la intensión de buscar empleo, sin dar aviso a sus familiares.
En otra acción, la menor identificada como L.H.R, fue localizada en la localidad de San Sebastián, perteneciente al municipio de Tantoyuca, luego de que el 14 de febrero fuera reportada como no localizada por su madre. La menor comentó ante la autoridad ministerial haberse trasladado a esta localidad con la intensión de visitar unas amistades.
En Xalapa, la adolescente identificada como D.A.V.B, de 16 años de edad, fue encontrada sana y salva por elementos de la Policía Ministerial adscritos a la zona centro, luego de la activación de un protocolo especializado en búsqueda de personas; posterior a su ubicación, fue presentada ante el Fiscal Investigador de ese distrito judicial.
Por otra parte, en la ciudad de Córdoba, una joven de 22 años de edad, identificada como N.G.T.R, fue ubicada en la colonia Buena vista; los detectives ministeriales esclarecieron que la joven enfrenta una situación jurídica.
