La Comisión para la Regularización de la Tenencia de la Tierra (Corett) dejó de existir como tal y ahora se integran sus funciones a lo que se será el Instituto Nacional de Suelo Sustentable (INSUS), que además de la regularización se encargará también de adquirir terrenos o ejidos a particulares y ofertar lotes con servicios, así como un programa de autoproducción de vivienda, lo que permitirá beneficiar a más familias, pues su presupuesto se incrementará, según informó su titular en la entidad, Hiram Emmanuel Jerezano Pensado.
El funcionario federal explicó que están a la espera de las reglas de operación, que les habrán de entregar en los primeros 15 días de este mes y a partir de eso podrán informar a la población de los programas que estarán disponibles, así como del presupuesto disponible para regularización de predios, adquisición de nuevos para ofertarlos con servicios básicos y el nuevo esquema de autoproducción de vivienda.
De igual forma Jerezano Pensado mencionó que no hay grandes pendientes en el tema de regularización, pues el año pasado lograron entregar escrituras de más de 8 mil predios, por lo que la meta para este 2017 es lograr entregar más de 10 mil títulos de propiedad.
“El año pasado se pudieron regularizar cabeceras municipales como Tepetxintla, Tampico Alto, Citlaltépetl, Chinampa de Goroztiza, Filomeno Mata Mecatlán, en la zona norte, mientras que en la zona centro se logró la regularización de Atzalan, Martínez de la Torre, Cosamaloapan, Huatusco, Veracruz y en la zona Sur, Catemaco, San Andrés Tuxtla, Cosoleacaque, Texistepec, Hidalgotitlán y ya están en proceso para resolver en Zaragoza, así como la cabecera de Zongolica y Los Reyes, además de empezar a trabajar en Chiconamel, Oluta, Chinameca, Jáltipan, Xalapa, Perote, Córdoba, Fortín y Medellín”.
El delegado del recién creado INSUS mencionó también que al aumentarse las atribuciones, les ampliarán el presupuesto, que el año pasado sólo en subsidios para la tenencia de la tierra otorgaron más de 55 millones de pesos, por lo que consideran que este año estarán superando los 60 millones de pesos y de los nuevos rubros que tendrán facultad, aún no tienen un estimado de cuándo les destinarán.
